Marcus from Abode Buyers Advocates came to us with a clear vision and a strong appreciation for thoughtful, well-considered design. He was drawn to simplicity, balance, and branding that feels calm, confident, and timeless rather than overworked or trend-driven.
With a preference for a modern workmark-style logo and earthy, grounded brand tones, we refined his ideas into a cohesive visual identity that reflects trust, clarity, and professionalism. The focus was on clean typography, restrained colour choices, and a brand system that feels polished without being flashy, perfectly suited to the property space and Abode’s client-first approach.
The result is a brand that feels considered and approachable, while still carrying the authority and confidence expected of a buyers advocate.
We also designed and developed the Abode Buyers Advocates website. The site was structured to make a complex service offering feel easy to understand, with clear navigation, custom icons, and tables that neatly outline service inclusions. The overall experience is straightforward and user-focused, helping visitors quickly grasp how Abode supports them through market analysis, property inspections, and negotiations.
Given the highly competitive nature of the buyers advocate space, particularly with similarly named businesses and agents, we also provided guidance around search optimisation to help improve visibility over time. This has been recommended as a next step as the business continues to grow.
